Whether you are just beginning an employee wellness program or looking to take your program to the next level, our health professionals can create a plan that meets your goals.

Worksite Services

ProMedica Wellness offers a comprehensive menu of services that are aimed at engaging your employees and enabling them to take charge of their own health. Some of our services and programs include:

Health Screenings

Not sure where to begin? ProMedica’s HRA and health screenings are the first steps to starting a wellness program. With the results, we can help determine a baseline health status for your employees and help you set a company goal for better health. In addition, your employees will receive personalized reports with motivating guidance to improving their health.

Wellness Challenges

Research shows that employees are more motivated to make healthy lifestyle changes through incentive-based health and wellness challenges. ProMedica Wellness offers individual and team oriented challenges that encourage employees to increase their physical activity, reduce their stress, manage their weight, and make other healthy changes.

Ohio Wellness Grant

Your business could qualify to receive up to $15,000 over the next four years from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation! To help reduce the impact of rising costs of health care to Ohio’s businesses, Ohio BWC is awarding workplace wellness grants to employers who do not have a comprehensive workplace wellness solution program in place.
