Biography
Dr. Russell is a board-certified vascular surgeon at Jobst Vascular Institute and ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Dr. Russell also sees patients in vascular clinics at ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio, Fremont Memorial Hospital in Fremont, Ohio, and ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital in Fostoria, Ohio. In addition to his regular vascular surgery practice, Dr. Russell also sees patients with therapeutic and cosmetic venous disorders in the Vein Solutions office at JVI. As a faculty member of the ACGME-accredited Jobst Vascular Fellowship Program, Dr. Russell is a highly respected mentor to fellows during their two-year vascular education. Dr. Russell treats patients with a wide variety of vascular conditions, including carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), critical limb ischemia, and chronic venous insufficiency.
