General Information
Located on the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital, the Conrad Jobst Tower houses physician offices, examination and procedure rooms, administrative offices, the outpatient vascular diagnostic laboratory and the vascular rehabilitation program. Vascular surgery is performed primarily at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, and treatment of chronic wounds is provided at the Wound Care Center in West Toledo. Regionally, vascular services are offered at five outreach clinics in northwest Ohio, including Defiance, Fremont, Fostoria, Napoleon and Wauseon and two outreach clinics in southeast Michigan in Adrian and Tecumseh.

The Conrad Jobst Tower is located at ProMedica Toledo Hospital on ProMedica Parkway and Hughes Drive near Monroe Street. Enter the parking garage off Hughes Drive. Parking is free; valet parking for a nominal fee is provided. Follow the signs from the garage into the Conrad Jobst Tower to the fourth floor.
