Jobst Vascular Institute
Jobst Vascular Institute (JVI) is a nationally renowned center of excellence on the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital. We are proud to be a place where patients in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan know that they can receive outstanding vascular care. However, we're not simply an institution of care. We're also an institution of learning. Jobst Vascular Institute is an educational and research institution dedicated to forming innovative techniques that will advance vascular treatment. Our research operations improve the level of the care that we provide our patients, just as our experiences with our patients inform and influence the questions that drive our research, the problems we seek to solve, and the services we seek constantly to improve.
Our staff includes vascular surgeons, vascular nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical research nurses, vascular lab technologists, and professional, administrative, and support staff. JVI staff also works closely with interventional radiologists and other medical specialists within ProMedica. With all of us working as a team, our overarching goal is to provide our patients with the best care possible for their vascular disease.
A great point of pride for JVI is our Vascular Surgery Fellowship program, which offers two-year rotations in vascular surgery to board-certified surgeons. We also take great pride in our clinical research program. Clinical research at JVI gives patients the opportunity to participate in national and international clinical trials designed to evaluate new medicines and techniques for treatment of vascular disease.
