Stan Dajczak, MD
A member of ProMedica Physicians, Stan Dajczak, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon located on the ProMedica Defiance Hospital campus. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and completed his residency, and internship at The Ottawa Hospital. He has completed fellowships at The Ottawa Hospital and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. In addition to general orthopaedics, Dr. Dajczak specializes in sports injuries, fracture repairs, arthritis management, and joint replacement.
Jim Harger, PA-C
Jim Harger, PA-C, is a licensed physician assistant specializing in orthopaedic medicine. He received his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and his master’s degree from the University of Toledo. Working closely with Dr. Daczak, Jim’s responsibilities include examining and treating patients, ordering and interpreting tests and prescribing medication.
Jordan Stuckey, MD
ProMedica Physicians anesthesiologist, Jordan Stuckey, MD, specializes in general, obstetric and regional anesthesia as well as anesthetic acute pain management. He is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

As a leader in diagnostic technology, we offer a full range of radiology and diagnostic imaging services, including X-ray, CT, PET/CT, MRI, interventional radiology, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, DEXA scans, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine.
