ProMedica Health System Quality Reports

ProMedica Health System is committed to providing comprehensive, quality health services with compassion and expertise. We aim to provide the highest-quality care by continually improving patient-desired outcomes for all quality measures. To help patients and families choose the best care possible for all stages in life, we provide transparency in the quality of care and services delivered across our system.

ProMedica measures the quality of care by how safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable it is. Our quality measures are comprised of results from patient surveys and information from national safety and quality measures. These reports show the results of each ProMedica hospital compared to national averages. Whenever possible, they are shown in half-year increments over a three-year time period.

ProMedica is comprised of member and affiliate hospitals and serves 27 counties throughout Ohio and Michigan. Each ProMedica hospital continually strives to offer safe, high-quality health care and works collaboratively across our expansive network to provide comprehensive health services to patients and their families. All ProMedica facilities and integrative services—including ProMedica Continuing Care Services Corporation, ProMedica Physician Group, Paramount Health Care, and our Health, Education and Research Corporation—meet stringent standards set by accrediting organizations, such as The Joint Commission.

If you have questions about our quality measures, please call the Clinical Outcomes & Resource Management office at 419-291-4230.
