Memorial Hospital in Fremont and Promedica Sign Agreement

FREMONT, Ohio, June 1, 2012 – Memorial Hospital in Fremont and ProMedica have signed an agreement to establish a long-term relationship, with the intent of Memorial Hospital becoming a member of ProMedica.
As part of the next steps in this process, the organizations will notify the Ohio Attorney General. During the next several months, ongoing due diligence will occur; once the Attorney General’s office completes its review and all due diligence is completed, the two organizations will finalize the relationship.
