Food Services and Cafeteria
Our dietary department prepares healthy and enjoyable meals for our patients that are delivered on demand. We are happy to provide any special food needs that you may have or that your doctor may order due to medical, religious, cultural, or personal reasons.

Closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
The café is located near the lobby and serves soups, salads, deli and Panini sandwiches, Seattle’s Best Coffee®, and more. If you are visiting a patient, you may purchase a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal to enjoy with your loved one. Please call dietary services at 419-578-7660 or by dialing #99 from your room phone to obtain a guest menu. Payment can be made using a credit card (Visa, Discover or MasterCard).
Wildwood Gift Shop
Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Closed Sundays and holidays
The gift shop is located off the main lobby next to the Wildwood Café. It features selections ranging from gifts, cards, books, magazines, candy, flowers, personal articles, and seasonal collectibles. It also offers orthopaedic-related home medical equipment items for your convenience.
Certified sign language interpreters are available, as well as phones with volume controls for patients with hearing difficulties.
Located in the Norman and Louise Jones Atrium, information desk representatives are available to direct you to the services you are seeking.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital.
As a service to all patients and families, ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital provides interpreter services in many languages free of charge – including, but not limited to, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, German, Polish, Arabic, and Vietnamese. Phones with volume controls are available for patients with hearing difficulties by asking your nurse.
To request an interpreter, please call 419-578-7110. ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital has a video-based interpreter service which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This system is called MARTTI (My Accessible Real-Time Trusted Interpreter). It helps us enhance our patient interpretation services by gaining critical information in a timely fashion which directly improves patient care. Mail and Postage Stamps
Mail and flowers are delivered daily to patients in their rooms by volunteer services. Any mail received after discharge will be forwarded to the patient's home address if the address has been made available to the hospital. Postage stamps can be purchased in the gift shop.
The Blade, USA Today and other periodicals can be purchased in the Wildwood Gift Shop.
There are more than 900 free parking spaces throughout the 50-acre campus, including convenient handicapped parking. In addition, free valet parking for patients and visitors is available Monday – Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
A chaplain is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer patients and loved ones support, prayers, sacraments, and devotional materials. Also, a non-denominational meditation room, located across from the fireplace in the Norman and Louise Jones Atrium, offers a private place for quiet thoughts and meditation.
All ProMedica campuses, including ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital, are tobacco free, indoors and outdoors. This includes our lawns, walkways, sidewalks, parking lots (including inside vehicles), and any other grounds that ProMedica maintains. As a courtesy, please also be considerate of our neighbors and avoid littering and loitering on properties that surround our campus. We understand that quitting tobacco can be hard. Visitation and Family Participation
Rest is an important part of your care but we believe that spending time with loved ones is also a powerful part of the healing process. Family members are invited to stay as long as they would like throughout the night. A sleeper sofa is included in every room throughout the hospital for your comfort.
Please tell us if you or your family has questions or concerns about your care or stay. A patient representative will work with you until your questions and concerns are resolved. Patient representatives are available weekdays, from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., and weekends, from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. To see a patient representative, please speak with your nurse or call 419-578-7110.
Patients may receive incoming calls any time. Your loved ones may contact you by calling directly to your room or through our hospital operator at 419-578-7700. Cell phones may be used in all public areas of the hospital. This includes hallways, lobbies and all public areas. Please do not use a cell phone within six feet of medical equipment or in restricted areas.
Television service at ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital is free of charge to patients, with channel guides available in each room. The television programming provided consists of local cable, health education programming and ProMedica Toledo Hospital video programming.
