Laboratory and Radiology Sites
We have listed all of our laboratory and radiology sites in the information sheets below, along with hours and contact information for each location. If you have any questions about lab services, please don't hesitate to call us at 419-291-4134 or 1-888-471-4134. If you have questions about a particular radiology site, please just call the location's number provided in the facility information sheets. Our staff members are happy to answer any questions you might have.
You will notice that many of our radiology sites are described as "full service" sites. "Full service" radiology sites offer general X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, interventional and gastrointestinal studies.
