ProMedica provides a lifetime of career options in many different departments and locations. Employees are always strongly considered for internal opportunities. The myHR Career Center on myProMedica allows employees to set up résumé/CV profiles and use them to apply for open positions. ProMedica also offers career coaching services to assist employees with developing personal career plans, searching and applying for internal job openings, writing résumés, preparing for interviews, and pursuing educational opportunities.
Please note: You will be asked to commit to your current position for a specified period of time following the completion of department orientation before submitting a transfer application for other positions.

ProMedica University's primary focus is the development of employees at all levels of our organization. Classes cover a wide range of topics, including Microsoft Office, stress management and leadership. All courses are offered free of charge. - Inside is ProMedica's electronic newsletter. It is sent out via e-mail once a month and can also be accessed online at any time.
- Healthcare Conversations is ProMedica's leadership blog. It's an avenue for the discussion of healthcare trends, innovative ideas and industry challenges.
- Many business units produce e-newsletter that are sent to employees via e-mail to make sure they know about business-unit specific events and programs. Schedules vary by business unit.
