We’re staffed by highly-trained, certified nurse practitioners who can treat you when you can't see your doctor quickly.
You can walk in or call during the hours of operation to make an appointment.

Stay Connected to your Primary Care Physician
ProMedica AfterHours is an extension of the care you receive from your ProMedica Physician. We follow up with your ProMedica Physician to ensure that they are aware of your visit. If you aren't a ProMedica patient, a courtesy notice of your visit can be sent to your primary care physician as well.
ProMedica AfterHours uses a team based approach to meet your needs with convenience. Our certified nurse practitioners collaborate with a team of ProMedica Physicians.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will ProMedica AfterHours accept my health insurance?
We accept most major health plans, including Paramount Health Care, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medical Mutual of Ohio, UnitedHealthcare, and others. Check with your insurance provider to confirm that your insurance is accepted. If you're covered, you'll pay the standard copay you pay at your doctor's office.
Who can go to ProMedica AfterHours?
We're open to patients ages 2 years or older. And, while we work together with ProMedica Physicians, you don't have to be a ProMedica Physicians patient to see us.
Who will care for me at ProMedica AfterHours?
ProMedica AfterHours is staffed by highly-trained, certified nurse practitioners who can diagnose conditions, perform physical assessments and prescribe medication.
